We offer beginner Reformer Pilates classes, advanced Reformer Pilates classes, Prenatal/Postnatal pilates, Mum & Baby Pilates & Tower Pilates in our fully equipped Reformer Pilates studio, and our reviews speak for themselves.
Our Clapham Reformer Pilates studio is in Unit 2, 40-48 Bromells Road, London, SW4 0BG.

We are open Monday to Friday, 7am – 8pm, Saturdays from 8am to 2pm, and on Sundays from 9am to 3pm.
Our Earlsfield studio is based at 10A Ravensbury Terrace, London, SW 18 4SD.
Avalon is a 6 minute walk from Earlsfield train station, 20 minute walk from Southfields and 15 minute walk from Wimbledon park.

This class is our standard dynamic intermediate class for people that have done Pilates before. Expect to be pushed but also still having fun along the way.

This class is great for beginners as it teaches you the basics of how to use the Reformer with more of a focus on technique and the Pilates principles.

We welcome women in all trimesters into a safe space where you can get your Pilates fix with care. We will help you with aspects such as pelvic floor, core, mobility and strength.

This is an advanced Reformer Pilates class so it’s Pilates taken up a notch in terms of intensity. Think longer plank holds, stronger springs and a higher heart rate.

The jumpboard is when you have a jumpboard placed at the end of the Reformer. The jumpboard gives you the sensation of jumping & running but you’re often lying down!

Tower classes are our current clients favourite and our studio's USP. It's an intense full-body workout on the Tower bed, combining strength, flexibility, and stamina for maximum fitness results.

Fed up of at home workouts taken between your baby’s naps? Come and bring your baby in a buggy and get your Pilates session in. We will be working on building back your core, posture as well as overall strength. This is also a great opportunity to meet local mums in your area! Please note, for safety reasons, we only allow babies rather than toddlers that can move around. We have both Reformer and Barre classes available.
