REFORMER X STRENGTH

As more and more women are embracing activities that build strength and muscle, we’re excited to introduce Reformer X Strength—a dynamic blend of our beloved Reformer Pilates and Strength-based exercises. Launching on June 6th at our Earlsfield location (and on the 10th in Clapham), this new class is designed to energise and empower your journey to a stronger you!
WHAT TO EXPECT
Classes are going to move at a slower pace than the usual, focusing in longer reps for each exercise to really push you to your fatigue point until you start shaking and beg to stop, but in a good way 😀 Think of it as a circuit based workout with 3 rounds of 3-4 exercises each performed for 10 reps or more! This is an all level class which will save you from going to the gym, but we recommend you have taken a few dynamic classes before attending.
